He is survived by: his children, Steve Locknar (Ellen) of West Jefferson, NC, Greg Locknar (Chris) of Washington, IL, Lori Mangers (Don) of Oswego, IL and Janet Konicek (Tim) of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Leslie Elmer (Derek), Ashley Locknar, Breann, Megan Locknar, Dave, Jeffrey Zak, Danny Mangers, Rebecca Koresh (Nate), Erin Sangsomwong (Jared) and Christina Konicek; and his great grandchildren, Drayton, Marlee, Remington, Charlotte, Vivienne and Josephine.
