She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Horn and Anna Horn (Haberland). She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Hayden of San Jose, IL; and her brother Perry "Spats" Horn (Melody) of Mason City, IL. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the: Mason City Christian Church.
