He is survived by: his mother Jane Hlavach of Washington, IL; his siblings, Mary Foster (Scott) of Washington, IL, Steve Hlavach (Meghan) of Whitefish Bay, WI and Katie Bruemmer (Kevin) of Bloomington, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Dyllan Foster, Reid Foster, Case Foster, Cannon Foster, Ava Hlavach, John Hlavach, Jack Bruemmer, Eliza Bruemmer and Josie Bruemmer.
