She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Czerwinski and Betty Swan Czerwinski; and her brother-in-law Terry Moore. She is survived by: her son Michael Shane Worthington; her brother Stephen Czerwinski Jr.; her daughter Melissa Rae Washburn; her daughter-in-law Dianna Bhear; her sisters, Mary Czerwinski Clovis Moore and Carol Czerwinski Snell Tegard; and her brother-in-law Kenny Tegard. She is also survived by four nephews and two nieces.
