She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Eisfelder and Florence Epplin Eisfelder; her husband Anthony Ozella; her children, Jennifer Gibson (John) and Scott Ozella (Esmeralda); her grandchildren, Luke, Ben, Megan, Isabella, Olivia and Sophia; and her siblings, Fran Eisfelder, John Eisfelder, Margie Dowell, Rita Hager and Mary Purcell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Retreat and Refresh Stroke Camp or St. Patrick School.

“I am so sorry for your loss. Pat was lovely. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I remember her rescuing my daughter when she was 5 years old and missed her bus. Pat calmed her down and drove her to school -- she did her mom thing. Pat and Tony raised a wonderful family.”
