She was predeceased by: her adoptive father Tom (Marguerite Trovillion); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Benedict; her former spouse Dale R. Jason; her brother Richard; her son Lee; and her grandson Jared.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Clementz (Mike), Ron Benedict (Pam) and Susan Benedict (Tom Stock); her grandchildren, Chris Clementz (Jenny), Matt Clementz (Amanda), Justin Twedell, Lori Twedell, Erik Kammerer and Joshua Jerimiah; and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Henry, Gavin, Addison, Hayden and Gabby.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sunnyland Christian Church, St. Patrick Catholic Church Grade School, or Northern Tazewell Rescue Squad.
