It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Nichols of Washington, Illinois, born in Alton, Kansas, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter M. Holling and Edna N. Holling (Fox); her daughter Angela Nichols; and her sister Doralee Gasper. She is survived by: her husband Warren D. Nichols; her children, Brian Nichols (Melissa) of Washington, IL, Martha Rients (Howard) of Towanda, IL and Peter Nichols (Kelli) of Washington, IL; her grandchildren, Courtney Nichols of Washington, Brice Nichols (Leah) of Morton, Bailey Nichols (Morgan) of Morton, David Hanson (Rachel) of Mackinaw, Emelia Schinke (Aaron), Grace Rients of Towanda, Emma Rients of Towanda, Austin Nichols (Tatum Poell) of South Royalton, VT, Grant Nichols of Enterprise, AL and Abrienda Nichols of Washington; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Paige, Tess, Molly, Addison, Vivien and Quinn; and her brother Ronald Holling (Rita) of Alton, KS.
