She is survived by: her husband Frank Rowell; her children, Tonya Rowell, Lawrence and Timothy Rowell; her brother Lee Edward White; her sons, Frank Rowell (Valerie) of American Canyon, CA and Fred Rowell (Traci) of East Peoria, IL; her grandchildren, Bryan Rowell and Sarah Lyons; her stepgrandchildren, Sommer, Alexandra, Travis, Rachel and Elizabeth; and her sisters, Barbara Jean Bowers of Washington and Kathleen Preston of Marquette Heights.
