She is survived by: her spouse Gary Willoughby; and her children, Elmont "Monte" Willoughby of Washington, IL, Kelly Pohl of Washington, IL, Michael Todd Willoughby of Normal, IL, David Willoughby of Tucson, AZ and Melissa Dempsey of O'Fallon, MO. She is also survived by friends, whether at home in Washington, at a party with friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks those who would like to offer a remembrance of Marcia to do so with a gift in her name to the St Jude's Children Hospital.
