It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella M. Tibbs (Washington, Illinois), born in Deer Creek, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Patrick Clinton; and her brothers, Ronald Cappellano, Joseph Pelehowski, Jr. and Wayne Pelehowski. She is survived by: her stepfather Joseph Pelehowski; her children, Debra Johnson of Pekin, Cynthia Clinton of Peoria, Lisa Hamilton (Michael) of Prentice and Scott H. Clinton (Char) of North Dakota; and her siblings, Fran Pelehowski (Joanie Guisto) of Tomahawk and Ed Pelehowski of Bradley. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
