She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Frederick; her children, Jerry Jeter (Dawna) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Karen Kern of Washington and Timothy Jeter of Peoria; her grandchildren, Peyton Jeter, Truitt Jeter, Taylor Jeter and Thayer Jeter; her stepgranddaughters, Lori Forbear and Jennifer Drayer; her sister Carolyn Hullcranz (Steve); her niece Heather Jefford (John); and her great-niece Mackenzie Howe of Washington. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to Washington Fire Department, EMS Division or to Crossroads Global Methodist Church in Washington.
