He was predeceased by: his parents, Linneaus Miller and Ethel Cox Miller; and his siblings, Doris Crouse and Lloyd Miller (Vera Krus). He is survived by: his wife Glenna G. Grace; his daughters, Beth Semlow (Dan) of Washington and Lynne Hill (Greg) of Washington; and his grandsons, Cody and Shane Semlow.
