She was predeceased by: her parents, John Giles and Amelia Giles (Thaller); her former husband Wilbur D. Fisher; her husband Donald R. Bumgarner; and her siblings, Leslie Giles (Lavina), Agnes Laue (Albert) and Elizabeth Hay (Delmar).
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Colclasure (Bobby) and John Fisher (Karen); her grandchildren, Evelyn Dotson (Michael), Ann Schwarting (Daniel), Lori Faughn (Dale), Tom Weishaupt (Melinda Morris), Christine Roosma (Ryan) and Timothy Fisher; her stepdaughter Freda DeGeorge (Nick); her stepgranddaughters, Beverly Muir, Janett McDonald (Michael), Ronda Addison (Ronald) and Lori Chojnacky (Mark); and also Steven Colclasure. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren, and eight great, great-grandchildren.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Mackinaw United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 382, Mackinaw, IL, 61755 or to Washington Christian Village, 1201 New Castle Road, Washington, IL 61571.
