She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Johnson and Eileen Johnson (Montgomery); her sister-in-law Joyce Brower; and her nephew Michael Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Robert Kennedy; her children, Lisa Shelander (Bill) and Jefferson Kennedy; her granddaughter Alison Sturgis (Nick); her great grandchildren, Aidan Sturgis, Abel Sturgis and Jasmine Sturgis; her brothers, Ron Johnson and Dan Johnson (Shirley); and her nieces and nephews, Mark Johnson (LeaAnne), Lou Anne Johnson, Steve Hines (Susan) and Robin Belt (Rob).
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 200 Cole St. East Peoria, IL 61611.
