He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Lee and Dorothy Elizabeth Blumenshine Belsly; and his siblings, Patricia Bolton, Ellamae Renken, Michael and Howard Belsly.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Murphy (Andrew) and Michael J. Belsly; his granddaughter Alexis Murphy; and his pets, Penny and Poppy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
