He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Piper and Lillie Gerth Piper; and his wife Henrietta M. Kesler. He is survived by: his children, Barbara A. Flowers (Dennis) of Columbia, PA, Susan K. Culshaw (Jim) of Peoria, Karen L. Munoz of Washington, Peggy J. Smith (Galen) of Manito, William K. Piper (Crystal) of Pekin and Michael L. Piper (Jennifer) of East Peoria. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
