She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois V. (Waid) and John E. Matheny; her husband John P. Ellis; and her son Little John. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Cunningham (Terry), Steve Ellis and Mike Ellis (Cathy); her grandchildren, Chris Burress (Carl), Shelby Carey (Aaron), Hayley Kerker (Jarrett) and Jesse Brubaker; her siblings, Peggy Trick, Larry Matheny, Roger Matheny, Ronald Matheny, Sherman Matheny, Alice Smith, Linda Matheny, Gerry Matheny and Harold Matheny; and her granddaughter Sarah Brubaker (Cunningham). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
