She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Phillippe and Ruth Phillippe (Weeks); and her son Tom Finney. She is survived by: her former husband Alvin Moushon; her husband Roy "Jack" Finney; her children, Valerie Kennedy (Jim) of East Peoria, Karen Bieber (Clayton) of Morton, John Finney (Faye) of Peoria Heights, Randy Finney (Becky) of Peoria and Eddie Finney (Jamie) of Peoria Heights; and her siblings, Barbara McCollum of North Carolina and David Phillippe of Georgia. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
