It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Boucher (Washington, Illinois), born in South Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2010, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Teter and Eva Annie Hill Teter; and her sister Dorothy Dailey. She is survived by: her daughter Dee Johnson (Tom Michael) of Washington; her grandchildren, Philip Johnson (Barb Becker) of Warrensburg, MO and Stacey Johnson (Matt Staley) of Mackinaw; and her siblings, Delores Ercegovich (Ed) of Bettendorf, IA and Tom Teter (Carla) of Aurora, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
