She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blackman and Eleanor Radespiel Blackman; her husband Jed B. Toms Sr.; her grandson Cody Carlin; and her brother Steve.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Carlin Jr. (Bill "Chief") and Jed B. Toms Jr.; her granddaughter Jaelyn Toms of Washington; and her siblings, Charles "Pete" Blackman (Jeanette) of Washington, Kathy Collister (Jim) of Peoria and Margaret "Tinker" Horton (Curt) of East Peoria. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials in his name may be given to OSF St. Francis Children's Hospital of Illinois.
