We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2023, at the age of 51, Jason D. Hexamer of Washington, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his nephew Brock. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Hexamer and Jeanette Wurster Hexamer; his siblings, David Hexamer (Amy) of Washington, Scott Hexamer of Washington and Michelle Whitby (Scott) of Peoria; and his nieces and nephews, Emma, Addison, Kelsey, Stephanie, Jesse, Cody, Kallie, Caleb and Chloe.

In Lieu of flowers, a memorial in his name may be given to the Washington Rescue Squad.
