He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Chapman (Jean) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Steve Chapman (Kim) of Washington, Chris Chapman (Mary) of Peoria, Lori Carroll (Roger) of Chillicothe and Robert Chapman (Sue) of Streator. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
