He is survived by: his children, Valerie Wise of Washington, Scott Allyn Baird (Amy) of Washington and Steven Douglas Baird of Washington; his grandchildren, Danielle Schowalter (David), Tracey Wise, Scott Allyn Baird Jr. and Matthew Elijah Baird; and his great grandchildren, Abigail and Henry.
