She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Booth and Erie Booth (Bobo); her husband Jack S. Mullineaux; and her daughter Ruth Schmillen. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Mullineaux of Creve Coeur, IL and Jackie Lambert (Randy) of Fruitland Park, FL; and her grandchildren, Peter Schmillen (Amy) and Rebecca Schmillen.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571).
In Irene's memory, memorials may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project or Disabled American Veterans.
