It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman L. Joiner (Washington, Illinois), born in Cadiz, Kentucky, who passed away on November 3, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman J. Joiner and Myra Joiner (Randolph); his wife Judith Kauffman; his son Kip Joiner (Ronica) of Morton; and his stepchildren, Chris Coopman of Davenport, Iowa, Shelly Bernauer of Davenport, Iowa and Brian Coopman (Connie) of Davenport, Iowa. He was also cherished by one grandchild; eight step-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
