It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald N. Johnson of Washington, Illinois, born in Rochelle, Illinois, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard N. Johnson and Vivian A. Johnson (Roberts); and his siblings, Robert, Stanley, Charlotte, Shirley, Virginia and Marcia.
He is survived by: his spouse Roxan T. Lane; his children, Andrea Meyers (Donald) of Belvidere, IL, Kirk Johnson (Ruth) of Washington, Joni Kamstra (Mark) of Bradley, IL and Jeffrey Johnson (Lori) of Burlington, WI; and his siblings, Judy, Linda and Wallace. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Bridge Church in Washington.
