With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gary W. Cook Sr. of Washington, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Cook and Betty Cook (Volk); his son Gary Cook Jr.; his brother Leslie Lee Cook; his half-siblings, Thomas Mobley and Sandra Mobley; and his stepsiblings, Wayne Bailey, James Gaumer, Gwynne Pirtle and Debra Halpin.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Cook Denney (Jacob) of Canton, IL and Cory Cook of Chillicothe, IL; his grandchildren, Dawson and Sophia Cook of Morton, IL; his half-sister Shirley Finley-Liberante (Louie); and his stepsiblings, Teresa Lock (John), Jerry Bailey (Linda) and Rick Gaummer (Deb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
