He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Samuel and Elaine Rimington Bulmer; his siblings, Arthur Johnson of Andy Bulmer and Elaine Brown of Jeannette Johnston; and his daughter-in-law Sheila Bulmer.
He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Kay Burgett; his son Todd Bulmer (Renee) of Brian Bulmer; his siblings, William Bulmer (Sonia), Ernestine Conley, Emily McKim (Paul), John Bulmer (Melinda) and Sally Atwater; and his sister-in-law Peg Leeper.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Dementia Society of America or Central Illinois Lupus Society.
