It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Thomas (Washington, Illinois), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Miller and Effie B. Williams Miller; her daughter Margaret Ann Thomas; and her siblings, Shirley Austin, Doris Norris and Wesley Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Thomas; and her children, Dolores Arnold (Vic) of Sunnyvale, CA, Jeanette Blackman (Charles "Pete") of Washington and Robert Thomas (Ursula) of Snellville, GA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Patrick Church or OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
