He was predeceased by: his parent Evert Look. He is survived by: his parent Catherine Johnson Look; his spouse Fannie L. Sassman; his brothers, Howard Look of Peoria, Russell Look of Mapleton and David Look of Winchester, VA.; and also, Lorna Esquivel of Gainesville, GA, James Look (Lisa) of Pekin, Johnnie Look and Christina Look.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be given to the Alzheimer's Association-Greater Illinois Chapter.
