He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Russell and Julia Russell; and his brothers, Jerry Dale and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Alton; and his sons, Bill Russell of Washington and Joshua Russell (Anna) of Peoria. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
