She is survived by: her husband Gerald T. Otten; her children, Pam Mammano of Ottawa, Terri VanTine of East Peoria, IL, Cathy Collins (Randy) of Milan, IL, Diane Kurtz (Bob) of Germantown Hills, IL, Mary Jane Burtsfield (Ron) of Creve Coeur, IL, Criss Potzer (Bob) of Aurora, CO, Jerry Otten (Michelle) of Washington, IL, David Otten (Tina) of Washington, IL and John Otten (Molly) of Omaha, NE; and her sister Geri Shurts of Sunnyland, IL. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and many dear nieces and nephews.
