He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Kendall and Eva Kendall (Rynearson); his sibling Jerry; and his son James Kendall of East Peoria. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank, Doris, Jack and Nancy; his daughter Karen Cleeton (Mike) of Bartonville; his stepson Leo Ratcliff (Donna) of Lacon; and his daughter-in-law Rhonda Kendall (late James) of East Peoria. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
