He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Quinn and Helen Quinn (Bangert). He is survived by: his children, Jacob Quinn (Lauren), Joseph Quinn (Rachel) and Jessica Quinn; his grandchildren, Everly Quinn and Sienna; and his sister Sally Mansfield (Andrew). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Bridge United Methodist Church in Washington, or to The Ark animal shelter in Lacon.
