He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Sprague Nordhielm; and his brother Brad Nordhielm. He is survived by: his father Bert Nordhielm of Washington; his wife Patty Folkerts; his children, David Nordhielm (Cailey) of Washington, Danielle Nordhielm of Washington, Sophia Nordhielm of Washington, Olivia Nordhielm of Washington and Kate Nordhielm of Washington; and his siblings, Curt Nordhielm (Linda) of Stevens Point, Cindy Brassfield (Randy) of Lincoln and Pati Heller (Brian) of Washington. He is also survived by many other special friends and family members.
Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association-CentraI Illinois Chapter or to the family for an education fund to be established.
