He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Evans and Ethel Spring Evans. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Harshman; his sons, Scott Evans (Julie) of Washington, Craig Evans (Denise) of Washington and Tim Evans of Washington; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Raegan, Quinn, Cameron and Corey. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
