He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Carlisle and Della Russell Carlisle. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Peer; and his children, Monique Letizia (Tom) of Georgetown, TX, Dean Carlisle of Noblesville, IN and Ken Carlisle (Michelle) of South Pekin, IL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or to TAPS.
