He is survived by: his wife Bernice Boicken; his children, David Mack (Julia) of Summerfield, FL, Curtis Mack (Kelly) of Washington, Keith Mack (Linda) of Aurora, Deanna Bishop (Daniel) of Marquette Heights and Dennis Mack (Lisa) of Dunlap; and his sister Carol Volkmar.
