Koonce; his sons, Tony Robbins of Yorkville, IL and Jeremy Robbins (Samantha) of Metamora, IL; his grandchildren, Josh and Carey; his brother Ben Moye (Patsy) of Peoria, IL; his foster parents, Paul Pirck and Elizabeth Pirck; and his brother George Moye.
