He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Baker of Washington, IL; his children, Tammy Smallwood of Morton, IL, Terri Baker of Victoria, IL, Todd Baker of Washington, IL and Tina Kuykendall (Tim) of Washington, IL.; his grandchildren, Kayla Kail of West Peoria, IL, Charlie Smallwood (Lauren) of Morton, IL, Lexi Smallwood (Jerry Helm) of Shellsburg, IA, Ryan Maas (Jenna) of Woodridge, IL, Ty Baker of Washington, IL, Ethan Maas of Washington, IL and Taylor Neese (Brad) of Chicago; and his great grandchildren, Lyle and Lucielle.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
