Freeborn Faulkner of Morton; his wife Julie Tomhave; his sons, Luke Thomas Faulkner, Jacob "Jake" Ronald Faulkner and Nicholas "Nick" Ryan Faulkner; his siblings, Mark Faulkner (Jaimie) of Bloomington and Kimberly Oamek (Brian) of Sun Prairie, WI; his mother-in-law Donna Tomhave of Pittsfield; his brother-in-law Brad Tomhave (McKenzie) of Pittsfield; and his nephews, Charlie, Augie Faulkner, Connor, Garrett Oamek, Cade, Brennan and Brody Tomhave.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Julie Faulkner for the benefit of Luke, Jake, and Nick's education funds.
