She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Forseth and Ardys Forseth (Lewis); her siblings, Doris Braaten and Arlo Forseth; her uncle Carl; and her aunt Fay Nordin.
She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Johnson; her brothers, Allen Forseth (Doris), Dale Forseth (Pat), George Forseth (Lucy) and Doug Forseth (Ruth); and her sister-in-law Barbara Johnson (late Don). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 200 South Main Street, Washington, IL 61571.
