She was predeceased by: her parents, Narvel Rogers and Vada Rogers; her husband Bill; her siblings, Robert, James, Richard and Ruth; and her daughter Juliann.

She is survived by: her sister Mary K.; her children, Frances and Christopher; her grandchildren, Alexander, Ella, Anne and Sophia; and her sons-in-law, Tom and Daniel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of gifts and flowers, well-wishers may donate to the Washington Presbyterian Church or American Cancer Society in Betty's honor.
