She is survived by: her husband Elmer Spring; her children, Howard Spring (Dona) of O'Fallon, MO, Barbara Spring of Washington and John Spring of Washington; her grandchildren, Brittany Spring, Tyler Spring (Amanda) and Jacob Spring; and her sister Lois Schweda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's memory to St. Mark's Lutheran Church, OSF Hospice or any of her clubs she belonged to.
