Smith of Washington, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Smick and Juanita Thomas Smick; and her sister Bonnie Jean Smick. She is survived by: her husband Lenard A. Smith; her children, James Smith (Jamie) of Washington, Mindy Mooney (Doug) of Washington and Jennifer Fort (Allen) of Morton, IL; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jacob, Jeremy, Joseph, Neona, Danica, Brock and Brenna; her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Mara and Remi; and her siblings, Eugene Smick (Cindy) of East Peoria, Rory Smick (Kimberly) of Washington, Calvin Smick, Jacqueline Whitby (Richard) of Georgia and Pamela K. Smick.
