He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee and Sandra Ann Roe (Newell); and his siblings, Bill and LeAnn Terrell. He is survived by: his children, Jared Stein-Roe (Kelley) and Ashley Roe (Bryson); his grandchildren, Gavin, Andrew, Genevieve, Madison, Dade and Dominic; and his siblings, Frankie DeWeese (Randy), Dennis Roe (Janice), Maya Mullins (Tom), Jacquie Corkron (Fred), Sandy Heath (Tom), Matthew Roe, Pete Roe (Theresa), Mary Mason (Mike), Margaret Grant, Michael Roe (Amy), Sara Henderson (Demir) and Carrie Fitzgerald (Kimani). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Heller Center in Peoria.
