He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence F. Lincoln and Laura E. Lincoln (Pflaum); and his brother Clarence Wayne Lincoln. He is survived by: his wife Ella Fay Hartleroad of Washburn; his children, Twila F. Maughan (Dennis) of Williams, AZ, William E. Lincoln (Kathleen) of Delavan, WI and David L. (Elaine) of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings, Roger Lincoln (Shirley) of Collinsville, IL and Elaine Armstrong (David) of Olney, IL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
