She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee and Mary O'Dell (Tweedle); and her husband Lester L. Whisler. She is survived by: her children, John Whisler (Laura) of Burbank, CA and Julia Whisler of Washburn; her grandchildren, Alex, Dylan, Reed Whisler, Noah Hohulin and Jessica Grebner (Kyle); and her siblings, Donna Meachum O'Dell (Carlisle) of Washburn, Beth Sheperd of Peoria, David O'Dell (Nancy) of Virden, IL and Mary Eileen O'Dell of St. Louis, IL.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association Central Illinois Chapter, 614 West Glen Avenue, Peoria, IL 61614.
