She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Adam Blumenshine, Alexander and Sherry Willy; and her uncle Jason Baker. She is survived by: her parents, Marty L. Blumenshine and Jeff Baker; her children, Jenna and Michael Blumenshine; her siblings, Joshua Blumenshine (Stephanie), Jerrica Baker and Zack Baker; and her grandmother Hazel Steelman. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
