It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Keith (Washburn, Illinois), who passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtney Charles and Lorene M. Keith, Sr. (Seifert); his children, Cheryl A. Burtsfield and Jerry L. Keith; his granddaughter Jessica L. Burtsfield; and his siblings, Wanda Nixon, Duane Keith and Marvin Keith.

He is survived by: his spouse Nina Lucille McKittrick; his children, Larry A. Keith (Patricia) of Washburn, Steven C. Keith of Cincinnati, Karen E. Jay (Mark) of Washburn and James M. Keith (Melanie) of Elburn; his grandchildren, David Burtsfield, Nick, Brett Keith, Tosha Billington, Monica, Andy, John Jay, Dylan and Madison Keith; his great grandchildren, Emily, Haley, Riley, Chloe, Braxton, Brandon, Jacob and Isabelle; his great great grandchildren, Ryan, Brantley and Carter; and his siblings, Daryle Keith (Bonnie) of Nokomis, FL, Mary Jane Sharp (Wallace), Sharon Lynch (Bub), James Keith (Clara) of Chillicothe and Ronnie Keith (Dina) of Port Richie, FL..
